Hey there, awesome shopper! We're thrilled that you chose to shop at A Walk In The Park Design, and we want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Please take a moment to read through our Return and Refund Policy. By making a purchase with us, you're agreeing to the terms below.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility We totally get that sometimes things just don't work out. You can return an item within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, please make sure the item is in the same condition you received it – unused, unworn, and still in its original packaging. We want to help you, but we may have to decline returns that don't meet these criteria.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items Some items are just not returnable, like personalized or customized products, and gift cards.
1.3 Return Process Ready to start the return process? It's super easy:
- Reach out to our fantastic customer support team at heatherpark@awalkinthheparkdesign.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping label.
- Write that RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address we give you.
- Make sure you pack the item safely to avoid any damage during transit.
1.4 Refunds Once we get the returned item and check it out, we'll send you an email to let you know if your refund is approved or not. If it's approved, we'll process your refund and credit it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Just a heads up, shipping costs can't be refunded.
2. Exchanges
Sorry, we don't do direct exchanges. But don't worry! If you want a different item, follow the return process above, and then place a new order for the item you want.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you happen to receive something damaged or defective (bummer, we know), reach out to our friendly customer support team at heatherpark@awalkintheparkdesign.com within 14 days of getting the product. We'll guide you on how to return the item, and you can choose between a replacement or a refund.
4. Cancellations
Changed your mind? No biggie! If you want to cancel an order, just get in touch with our awesome customer support team at heatherpark@awalkintheparkdesign.com as soon as possible. We'll try our best to help, but if your order is already on its way, we might not be able to cancel it.
